When participating to a Conference, it’s always important to be able to hear what the other participants have to say. Our Conference Systems an support up to 1000 microphones and are using the latest technology to ensure that the quality of sound will be the best. They also work perfect with our Auto Tracking Cameras system.

Auto Tracking Cameras are robotic cameras which we install in the conference room. A special software can track who is speaking when someone presses the talk button on the microphone. On that moment the system sends a signal to the camera to turn automatically and zoom in to the speaker, at the position which was predefined.

Furthermore, you can always project or even record the entire conference without the need of a camera crew. Our systems include HD cameras, broadcast quality camera stands, video processors and video mixers.

Our Projectors have a wide range of applications. It’s the easiest way to communicate a presentation, a video or a text message to a large number of people. Our projectors range from the small 2600 lumens to the biggest 10 000 lumens. We can stack them (for better brightness), split them, map them or combine them for large projections.

A projector though is half the story when you want to project something. The other half is the quality of the Projection Screen. They come in different sizes and can be used for front or back projection depending on your needs.

Then there are times that a projection screen will not really be enough for a big venue, or you just need something small because you have a small number of people that will see your presentation. You might even need to show something during the day time in an open area, where even the biggest projectors will not be able to project bright enough. Plasma Screens are usually the best option for these situations. We currently have 42’’ and 50’’ plasma screens which are full HD with build in media player.

A very interesting and useful way to upgrade your conference is by the use of Live Streaming. Live Streaming is an easy way to get more people to see your event from any place in the world. By using video and audio encoders, and with the help of a good internet access connection, we can broadcast your event through any webpage you like in real time. Finally, another great way to keep your audience alert and involved is by having them participate during your presentation. Our Voting / Audience Respond System can offer you exactly that. This can used for presentations, exams, games and appraisals. The limit of their use is up to your imagination.

Our company also offers Secretarial services at a conference. Secretarial services are of high importance in almost all conferences and being able to serve a large number of people fast is a must. Our technicians can setup local networks for file transfer, shared printing or internet access. We can even support events with internet access over 3G in the most remote places.
